Meet Yogi Aeron, Himalayan doctor who treats burn patients for free.

  The 80-year-old Dr. Yogi Aeron, a plastic surgeon by training and                                    practice,  from Malsi in Dehradun is known for treating 500 burns victims annually, at  absolutely no charge. Even with the  financial difficulties he had to endure on the  personal front, Dr. Aeron did not give up on his life's calling.

Given his commitment to serve the poor, the good doctor has also set up Helping Hand, an altruistic organisation to serve the poor belonging to the mountain region.
